These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sarah's Painting Services website and our painting services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Sarah's Painting Services provides residential painting services including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, and specialty accent walls in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was estimated. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Access

Project scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions (for exterior work), and mutual agreement. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas during scheduled project times. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation requests.

Payment

Payment terms are established in the project agreement provided with your estimate. We may require a deposit for larger projects. Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction with the finished work.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from external causes, or surfaces not included in the original scope of work.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and engaging our services. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to interfere with the website's functionality.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sarah's Painting Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sarah's Painting Services is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your property during our work. In the event of accidental damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the applicable project agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarah's Painting Services from claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
